The following pages are authentic U. S. Army documents from a microfilm reel No. 133 from the Library of Congress. The following pages will reveal testimonies from fellow Phu Lamers that talked with Richard and William right before they left on their mission, to never return again. The stories are based on an inquiry hearing and results.

These documents will also reveal grave sightings from refugees, and a refugees report on seeing a jeep with two men in it and the VC shooting at them. Also these documents will reveal if it was false information or actual. Also government documents changing Richard's status from Missing in Action to Dead, no body found. Which they set his death as of November 13th, 1978.

All information on this reel is open to the public to view. I feel Richard and William are well worth letting the world know about their heroism. May God bless both Richard and William.
